SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to ship all orders with 5-7 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Although we do work extremely hard to get orders out before this time frame please allow this time before contacting about shipment details.

We offer a range of shipping options and you can select which is most suitable for your needs at he checkout.

Please not there may still be some delays when postal strikes are happening.

Please also note that the delivery time shown on the shipping options are not included in the dispatch time, these are purely the shipping courier times once a parcel has been handed over to them.

Whilst we do offer international shipping, please note that shipping fees, import taxes, import fees, import duties can be expensive. The above mentioned and any other fees that occur are the sole responsibility of you the customer to pay. We Apollo Cosmetics X carry no responsibility for paying these fees. Please take this into consideration before placing an order. If you are wanting to know what fees and the cost you would incur, please contact us prior to placing an order and we shall get an estimate over to you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons.

However if you have any issues with your products please do get in contact with us and we shall sort this in a timely matter for you.
